Ferd joined NAI Halford following a successful 26 year career in the U.S. Navy as an aviator, retiring at the rank of Captain. He has flown operational tours all over the world, served as an aircraft squadron Commanding Officer , on an overseas NATO staff , as an Naval Air Station Executive Officer and as the Director for Installations and then the Chief of Staff on a major HQ staff. His last 5 years on active duty were involved in the management of naval installations, to include all facilities, infrastructure, personnel support programs, military construction and real estate issues. He is a licensed real estate broker, has served on the county Local Planning Board and is a member of the Board of Directors of Team Santa Rosa, the county economic development organization.
Ferd's specialty is industrial and office properties in the northwest Florida area, encompassing the Pensacola MSA to include Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. He brings a thorough and professional approach to his clients, skills refined during a successful career as a military officer, assisting his clients in achieving their commercial real estate goals. |
